Fred Allen Company, Inc. was founded in the 1940’s initially operating as a sole proprietorship, and was incorporated in 1955. The business today is engaged in plastic injection molding of custom industrial use plastic components. FAC manufactures highly-specialized products performing close tolerance work using primarily engineering grade resins.
The Company operates two divisions: Houston Plastic Products, located in Houston, Texas and Moulton Products Company located in Moulton, Texas. The Company’s corporate headquarters are located in Houston.
Plastic injection molding,
assembly work and
quality control activities are performed at both locations. The Houston location has a fully equipped tool shop where the injection molds are designed, built, and maintained. In addition, we have the following secondary operation capabilities: assembly, machining, hot stamping, ultrasonic welding, decoration, decal application, special packaging and bar coding.
We also can supply
rapid prototypes done with either CNC or Stratasys Dimension 3D modeling direct from customer 3D CAD files.
Quality control departments monitor all mold construction, molding, finished parts and secondary operations.

Our Facilities
The Fred Allen Company, Inc. headquarters and Houston Plastic Products Division are located in Houston, TX. in over 44,000 sq.ft. of space. This includes the Tool Room, injection molding shop, assembly department., Quality Control depatment, materials warehouse and sales offices.
Moulton Products Company Division is located in Moulton, Texas in over 22,000 sq.ft. of space. This includes a machine shop, injection molding shop, Assembly dept, Quality Control department and materials warehouse.
